Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and any related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
Our ABA therapy services are intended for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
You are the legal guardian or authorized representative of the client.
You have the authority to initiate ABA services.
Enrollment and Payment
Intake & Assessment:
Families must complete a clinical intake process and initial assessment. This includes providing accurate medical, behavioral, and developmental information.
Enrollment:
Services begin after the assessment, treatment plan approval, and authorization from insurance (if applicable).
Payment:
Co-pays, private pay fees, and deductibles are due as specified in your financial agreement. Full payment is required by the due date listed on each invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may impact continued services.
Session Rescheduling:
We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling when possible. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed
Childcare Services
Bright Behavioral Health is committed to providing evidence-based ABA therapy through personalized treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Health and Safety
Medical Disclosures:
Guardians must provide complete health history, including allergies, medications, and medical conditions.
Illness Policy:
Clients showing signs of contagious illness may be asked to remain home. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with health protocols.
Liability
While we strive to ensure a safe, structured therapy environment, Bright Behavioral Health is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct
Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations. All personal and clinical information is stored securely and shared only as needed for treatment, billing, or compliance purposes.
Modifications to Terms
Bright Behavioral Health reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Florida]. Any legal matters or disputes will be handled in the courts within the United States.
